1. The person (s) must not currently be registered with Converge Recruitment.
2. For a Temporary / Freelance worker the person must complete six weeks of work on one continuous temporary assignment subject to a minimum of 240 hours or 30 professional days.
3. For a Permenant intorduction qualification on invoice payment.
4. Only one payment will be made for each person referred meeting the criteria set out in points 1, 2 and 3 above.
5. Converge Recruitment reserve the right to terminate or alter the Terms and Conditions of the Referral Incentive Scheme without notice or any requirement to notify any party involved.
6. Referral incentive payments made to any Converge Recruitment employee will be subject to statutory deduction under the PAYE scheme. Referral incentive payments made to individuals who are not Converge Recruitment employees must declare the payment as unearned income.
