FACILITY MANAGER Location: Hounslow, Middlesex Salary: Upto £21.00 P/H LTD Plus 1 year plus contract opportunity. Our client is part of the MoD (One of the country's largest landlords) and requires a good Hard services experienced FM for their Estates and Facilities department. As a Facility Manager you will be working independently within a collaborative environment. You will be the Facility Manager based at MoD Establishment at Hounslow assisting the Senior Facility Manager and being responsible for MoD Barracks Hounslow You will proactively support the efficient delivery of the Regional Prime Contract. This will involve ensuring MoD receives value for money through the services contracted for and delivered by the Prime Contractor and his supply chain. Your duties will include project management of the work under your control, agreeing MoD requirements with the Customer at local level, ensuring Value For Money is achieved and undertaking Contractor Management to ensure validation of delivery, reporting on performance and assisting in the validation of milestones. The ability to interface with the Customer and undertake conflict resolution at local level is required. The post-holder will have a thorough understanding and application of Project Management principles and best practice. Full driving licence required. Prepared to use own vehicle.
