Our client a national provider of 'world-class' Housing Maintenance to Defence sector Service Families

Your job purpose will be to provide local technical support to the delivery of reactive repairs, planned preventative maintenance (PPM), void management, incidental new works and planned maintenance. This shall include the preparation of specifications, monitoring of work standards, ensuring new M&E assets are set to work, tested and commissioned, undertaking condition surveys, as well as ensuring work is completed on time, to exacting standards and to deliver the highest levels of occupant care at all times.
You will ideally have 5 years front line management experience in construction, property maintenance or related field. Experienced in managing a diverse range of job requests with competing deadlines and demands on resources. Familiar with undertaking condition surveys of properties. Familiar with witnessing commissioning
You will also ideally have an ONC in a Building Services or Electrical / Mechanical Engineering related discipline, equivalent qualification or experiential experience.
