Head of Service Delivery
Location: Southern Cyprus
Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum & car
Job Description
The successful candidate will report to the General Manager for the day-to-day service delivery of the contract at all sites and outstations. They will be responsible for the line management of the Site Engineers ensuring that all contractual responsibilities are delivered on time and to the required quality.
Key Tasks
To ensure that the planned preventative maintenance and remedial works are completed according to the contract requirements.
To monitor the reactive maintenance operations across the work packages undertaken by the supply partner organisation and ensure adherence to contract requirements.
To ensure that all works carried out meet the agreed specification and drawings and are delivered within planned timescales and budgets.
To ensure that information held on the IMS system is timely and accurate and that individual building-based information is current.
To ensure that site labour possesses the necessary skills and qualifications to carry out the works safely, efficiently and to the required standards.
To regularly liaise with site Engineers and Supply Chain companies to ensure that sufficient resources are available to complete works on time including labour, materials, plant and equipment.
To carry out audits of works/maintenance operations undertaken as directed by the General Manager and report.
To attend audits and facilitate as required in support of the Site Engineers if required.
To ensure that the approved business and QSHE processes are adhered to.
To ensure completed works are accepted by the client and approved for payment without any undue delays support Site Engineers to ensure that any queries are resolved without any undue delays.
To line manage other staff within the company as required.
Knowledge & Experience Required
Essential -
Extensive experience of working on MoD establishment sites
Experience of working in continuous improvement environments
Experience working in this industry sector
Experience carrying our H&S Audits & Inspections
Risk Management experience
Experience in managing a DEL/subcontractors within a similar type of environment and contract scope of works
Desirable -
Line management experience outside our organisation
Line management experience inside our organisation
NEBOSH or IOSH qualifications
Design of M&E or B&CE works
Familiarity with standards associated with the design, construction and maintenance of buildings and services.

Have experience in the implementation of H&S initiatives to develop staff and influence ethos
Deliver effective communication of H&S matters at all levels
Be experienced in the application of Schedules of Rates for works valuations
Have the ability to deal effectively with sensitive issues
Have a flexible approach
Possess the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Demonstrate a thorough understanding of requirements within an MoD environment (desirable)
Qualifications / Education
Essential -
HNC or equivalent in a building or engineering discipline
Desirable -
QS qualifications/training
Full membership of relevant professional Institute
Building Control experience
