GENERAL PRACTICE ( GP ) ESTATES SURVEYOR Portsmouth £25.50 per hour (LTD) or £23.00 per hour PAYE Our client is seeking an Estates Surveyor to be responsible for day to day estate management of a training estate, ranges and training areas. An Estates Surveyor delivers Estate Management solutions. They are the focal points responsible for co-ordination, liaison and management of a designated area or site, achieving outcomes on a range of professional tasks on time, to cost and quality, ensuring that value for money is achieved. An Estates Surveyor must be able to demonstrate their competence in: Letting Management, planning and asset management. Communicating and Influencing; sharing the right information to support agreed courses of action Managing Customers and Suppliers; developing productive relationships with customers and suppliers that give value for money Planning and Managing Resources to Deliver Business Results; planning effectively and making best use of resources to deliver business results Programme and Project Management; using programme and project management techniques and tools to do business faster, cheaper and better Background and Main Duties You will be required to contribute in meeting targets within the business and operation plans and provide advice and support to military clients, negotiation and completion of leases, licences, rent reviews and lease renewals will be essential.
