Fire Engineer Location: Dubai Salary: Negotiable The successful candidate will work for their Buildings division which is home to a large specialist team ranging from infrastructure, to structures and building services and specialist areas including Façade engineering and Fire engineering. Our clients are looking for Fire Safety Engineers to develop and strengthen a Fire Engineering Team within the Middle East. Job description You will provide Fire Engineering services to the Buildings Section of MML in areas noted below: Development of Building Fire Engineering Business Prepare bids and fee proposals Development of Building Fire Engineering Strategies for buildings Performance based solutions to the applicable regulations Analyses of potential fires, and develop advice based on outcome Recommendations in relation to life safety systems for buildings Take ownership and develop fire strategies and assist in their final approval Liaising with key project stake holders Working on Middle East and Worldwide projects As a Fire Safety Engineer you will be expected to take ownership in developing Fire Engineering solutions, fire strategies and develop a Fire Engineering Team in Dubai. Candidate specification Essential qualifications, experience, competencies and skills: Need to have obtained a tertiary qualification in Fire Engineering Experienced in developing complete Fire Engineering Strategies for Buildings Ability to run complete projects Ability to procure new business Ability to monitor/manage budgets and deliverables for project work Ability to direct junior staff Skilled in CFD software and other analytical modelling tools Ability to present engineering concepts with confidence and clarity Ability to work closely with other engineering disciplines They offer you Our client offers a competitive salary and monthly profit share scheme.
