Country Manager

Salary & Package: Negotiable

Our client is an International Projects Management Consultancy, with very large scale and prestigious Construction Projects i.e. Design and Build of 5 star Hotels, Commercial Office blocks and Retail Shopping malls / centres.  

They require a candidate with strong a PM background with either Consultancy or Contractor or both.  You will ideally have a good Business Development experiences as you will be involved with winning business, tendering with clients, and generally strategically building the India region.

The post holder will not directly be responsible for Projects Management, however you will have a full client facing role and therefore you’re Strategic and Business Development role is a key appointment for this region.

You will receive minimal local and office support, so this post will suit someone is highly experienced in these types of activities and is self motivated achiever with strong communication and presentation skills. You will also ideally have come from an Architectural, Civil, Structural or Building Services Engineering or Surveying background.
