The role provides an excellent opportunity for an individual to gain experience on a mixture of larger and interesting projects valuing up to £500 Million.

Our client is looking for someone with a full contractual back ground from either oil and gas, major construction or civil engineering.

The successful candidate will work within their client’s procurement team and will review all existing contracts and get involved in many contractual issues such as arbitrations, mediations and dispute resolutions.

 You will have broad experience of senior level high value/ complex negotiations in a MoD contract related or commercial contracts/contract law environment. In-depth working knowledge of MoD contracting procedures and/or similar corporate requirements/ contracting terms and conditions for commercial work and have a strong appreciation of bid management and project/ system requirements/ process and risk management in a similar environment.
